Details, details! The precise attention to lighting up from the feet makes this truly pleasing to look at, as well as something to really explore up close. The anatomy on both human and animal parts is very good. Something that throws me off is that I can't figure out whether or not it is digital or traditional art. Maybe a mix of both?

Thank you so much for your review! I really appreciate it! :) To answer your question, it is a mix of both. I drew my conductor first, traditionally. Then, I scanned her and added all the colors and effects digitally.

Fantastic work! The colors give it such a mystical feeling. I can see texture was used more in the deer-man, as to make him blend--and really have the owl popping out at you. The symbolism (if any implied) confuses me, but mystery is attraction--I love it!

Thanks so much for your review!!! The symbolism is not concrete. It can be what you make of it. When I worked on this, I intended it to be symbolic for something moving, or breaking, out of different states of being. It changed a lot as I advanced with the picture, so I feel that it can be interpreted in any way compared to what I originally intended. However, that's fine because, again, art is what you make of it. :)
